ADP Mobile Solutions offers a convenient and user-friendly platform for accessing essential HR information, including payroll, time and attendance, and benefits. Please note that not all features listed below may be available to every user. For any questions, please consult the FAQs located in the app's Settings menu.
This app is designed for employees and managers of companies that utilize ADP products such as Workforce Now, Vantage, Portal Self Service, Run, TotalSource, and ALINE Card by ADP. Additionally, select products outside the United States may be supported (please consult your employer for more information).
Key Employee Features:
- Access to pay and W2 statements
- Request and view time off
- Track time and attendance:

- Update, edit, and approve time cards

Key Manager Features:
- Approve time cards
- Approve time off requests

- Access executive dashboards
Security:
- All application requests and transactions are securely routed through ADP's servers
- All network traffic between the mobile device and the server is encrypted
- All employee information stored on the mobile device is encrypted
- Username and password protection
- Login sessions time out due to inactivity
- Accounts are locked out after excessive login failures
- Convenient login options such as Touch ID or Face ID
- Option to recover or reset forgotten user IDs and passwords
Investment options are available through specific entities for each retirement product. Investment options within "ADP Direct Products" are provided by ADP Broker-Dealer, Inc. ("ADP BD"), Member FINRA, an affiliate of ADP, INC, One ADP Blvd, Roseland, NJ 07068 ("ADP"), or (in the case of certain investments), directly by ADP.
